NewZNew (Chandigarh) : Richa Aggarwal, Promoter, beauty & Wellness expert Cleopatra chain of spas n salon and member CII ( Confederation of Indian Industries ) played pivotal role yet again as she was important part of National Industry Conclave on Skills” that took place in Trident Hotel, Nariman Point, Mumbai recently. Shri Venkaiah Naidu, Minister of Urban Development and Parliamentary Affairs ,Shri Rajiv Pratap Rudy, Minister of State for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (Independent Charge) and Parliamentary Affairs addressed the conclave and appreciated role of conclave as a platform to bring about synergies and convergence across all and contribute collectively to the success of Skill India. The conclave aimed to bring together Industry captains and professionals from across Industries onto one platform to deliberate on important issues related to Skill Development in India. 
Richa Aggarwal as a true representative of her sector beauty & wellness played an INTEGRAL PART during the conclave. CLEOPATRA TRAINING ACADEMY has been organising activities in this direction that aim towards a robust skill development ecosystem in the city to accelerate the speed of “SKILL INDIA”, a dream project close to the heart of PM Narendra Modi.

Skill development is a need of growing India and we plan to engage large number of workforce and capitalize on demographic dividend for long term sustainable skill delivery programme. We shall enable environment, infrastructure, latest equipment and materials to each youth. We shall work closely with Government are to deliver and make youth more skilled and empowered by whetting and honing their skills and raising their potential that can be channelized for the better growth.
