NewZNew (S A S Nagar) : The students of BSc Agriculture in Chandigarh Group of Colleges (CGC) Jhanjeri made marvellous achievements during their very first year of this course by excelling in this course. the students achieved excellent results in PTU exams with at least 13 students securing more than 80% marks. Most of these students are expected to secure positions in the merit list of PTU.

The Institute has provided modern labs equipped with most sophisticated equipments and expert lectures   from various universities like PAU Ludhiana, Dr. YS Parmar University Solan and CCS HAU Hisar etc. With a view to give practical exposure to students, industrial visits were  regularly arranged throughout the year for the students .

Rashpal Singh Dhaliwal, President CGC while congratulating the students said  that as an  Agriculturalist it is his dream to prepare world class agriculture professionals in CGC Jhanjeri.
