NewZNew (Chandigarh) : ‘Karva Chauth’ celebrations were organized with great pomp and show at a newly opened Zuri Beauty Academy in Sector 34 here today.
The women, dressed up nicely in glaring costumes, took part in the celebrations with much zest and zeal. During occasions, besides Tambola involving various attractive prices, fashion show, family games, henna competitions, best-dressed contest and couple activities were also organised.
Mr. Ajay Sharma , CEO of Zuri Beauty Academy said that Karwa Chauth was an occasion which have been inspiring Indian women for long year. We believed that every wife deserved the attention, throughout the year, but especially for that one day. The celebrations were an efforts to revive our culture and customs attached to this festival besides giving a platform for women to enjoy this important occasion in a fun-filled atmosphere.
