NewZNew (Panchkula) : The forum of Senior Citizens in Education, FSCE, a voluntary body of committed educationists and of non- political, non- religious and non- commercial character, organized an on the spot painting contest, as an annual feature in the premises of Doon Public School, Panchkula. As many as 187 students of all four categories Nursery to II, III to V, VI to VIII and IX to XII from 17 private and government schools of district Panchkula and one from Chandigarh, participated in the event. The Running trophy was lifted by Doon Public School, Panchkula.
Dr S Kumar, General Secretary, PSCE, welcomed the participants and guests. He in short talked about the programmes of the Forum. Capt Sanjay Anand, Principal, Doon Public School was the guest of Honour. He exhorted the students to take part in co scholastic activities and congratulated the efforts of the forum in organizing such an event so systematically.
