TET result 2017, TNTET result 2017 has been declared on June 30. Teachers Recruitment Board (TRB) in a press note here said that the result of Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test (TNTET) 2017, TRN TET result have been published at TRB website trb.tn.nic.in. Candidates can check their TET 2017 result Tamil Nadu along with marks using the ‘individual result query’ option and then entering their roll numbers at www.trb.tn.nic.in online.
Official data released from TRB also states that a total of 7,53,815 candidates had appeared for TNTET 2017. Of them, 2,41,555 appeared for TET paper 1 while 5,12,260 had took TET paper 2. Paper 1 and paper 2 were respectively conducted on April 29 and April 30, respectively. The board had already issued the preliminary keys on May 22 and had also invited objections from candidates. The finalanswer keys have been published too now along with TNTET result 2017 and candidate’s individual marks. The valuation of answer scripts of candidates was done taking final key into consideration.

In it’s press note, TRB, Teachers Recruitment Board further also pointed out that many of the candidates have been rejected as their answer sheets were not evaluated due to the mistakes made by them. The evaluation process was computerised and here. Here are the noteworthy points regarding rejection or evaluation.
The rejection occurs if a candidate has made mistakes in marking/shading of some essentially required details.Also, the candidates who have not marked the question paper serial code in their OMR answer sheet, their sheets have not been evaluated, leading to the rejection.However, the aspirants who have written the serial code but not shaded/multiple shaded, their answer sheets have been considered for evaluation.If candidates have shaded/multiple shaded the language option other than what they mentioned in their application, their candidature has also been cancelled.Candidates who did not shade/multiple shad the optional subject for paper 2 (maths or Science/Social Science) in their answer sheets, their OMR sheets may also have been rejected. The reason being; since the evaluation was done as per the option given by candidate in his/her application, and if no option is marked in the OMR sheet, therefore the OMR sheet could not be evaluated, hence leading to rejection.
