NewZNew (S A S Nagar) : Universal Group of Institutions organized the tree plantation on Environment day. The Institute also organize collage making competition on this occasion also. The plants were planted in Campus. Dr. Gurpeet Singh, Chairman Universal Group of Institutions inaugurated the venture by planting a tree. He appreciated the efforts of the students & teachers for standing collectively for a great cause. He told this audience that if we do not plant trees in good numbers, then the time ahead will bring distrust effect the planted earth. He further motivated the volunteers to ensure healthy growth of the plants, which would beautify the surroundings as well as lead to a greener, more eco-friendly and pollution-free environment.
Dr Gurpeet Singh further said that we have to reiterate our commitment to the cause of the mother earth and resolve to be more responsible and eco-friendly. He also informed that there are millions of humans, plants and animals that have a stake in this world and it is our duty to safeguard each and every species to ensure a healthy and joyous future for all of us.
