96 students shortlisted in Job placement drive at Khalsa College: Khalsa College (Amritsar) of Technology and Business Studies, Phase 3-A held a Job Placement Drive, in which various prominent companies participated and over 216 students from different streams were present.
Companies from various sectors like Banking, Finance, IT, Insurance, Marketing and FMCG came for the Job Placement Drive. Placement drive was inaugurated by Harpreet Brar, Distt. Employment Officer College Principal Dr. Harish Kumari welcomed the representatives of companies and assured them they will get suitable candidates from the college.
The drive included students from MBA, MCom., BCom., PGDCA, BBA, BA and students of several diploma courses. The companies which were there at the job fest included Maruti Suzuki, ICICI bank, DHFL Insurance, Eureka Forbes and Infosys Solitaire and others who took written test, group discussion and interviews, following which 96 candidates were selected.
