Dr. Mukul Kaushal awarded Sports Fellowship for the year 2019: Dr Mukul Kaushal, Consultant Orthopaedics, Arthroscopy and Sports Surgeon, Incharge Sports Injury Clinic at Trinity Hospital, Zirakpur and Spine and Sports Injury Centre, Chandigarh has been awarded the prestigious ISKSAA (International Society for knowledge for Surgeons on Arthroscopy and Arthroplasty)-IMRI (The International Musculoskeletal Research Institute) Sports Fellowship for year 2019.
He will be visiting various hospitals around Adelaide, Australia from 4th August to 31st August 2019 to update on the latest skills and technology to treat various orthopaedic and sports injuries around the shoulder, knee and hip joint by minimally invasive key-hole arthroscopic techniques. Dr Mukul Kaushal is alumni of IGMC, Shimla and PGI, Chandigarh.
Before joining Trinity Hospital, he has served in PGI and Sports Injury Centre New Delhi, subsequently underwent Special training in Shoulder disorders from UK. This advanced fellowship in treatment of joint disorders will immensely benefit patients, especially Sportsmen of region.
