In a major respite for citizens, Union FM Arun Jaitley has announced a fuel price cut by Rs. 2.50.However, the Centre has also requested all state govts too to cut an additional Rs. 2.50 from their share of taxes.
“We have to react to the situation and give relief without impacting the fiscal defi- cit. We cannot do it at the cost of fiscal position & give it when it can absorb it,’ the FM said. Millions of users everyday.
