The city that Jaspal Bhatti loved is playing host to celebrate his vision and legacy by organising the Jaspal Bhatti Humor Festival 2018. The department of culture affairs, Chandigarh administration will be bringing in big names in comedy to perform in the fest to be held on 1st, 2nd and 3rd March at Tagore Theatre, Chandigarh from 6:30 to 9 pm daily.
Announcing this at a press conference at Hotel Shiwalik View, Sri Jitender Yadav, I AS, Director, Department of Culture Affairs said that they city of Chandigarh continued to pay it’s tribute to the master satirist in a special way. From the last two years on 3rd March, which is Mr. Bhatti’s birthday, the Administration has been organising a unique humor Festival
