Subsequently, the first allotment was published on 13th June and the students were asked to either confirm the allotted seat or to participate in the second round allotment.

MGU second allotment 2017 has been published at the CAP portal www.cap.mgu.ac.in and the students are required to login to the website by using Application number. The same procedure goes for the second allotment as it was for the first allotment. The students who have been allotted their first option should confirm the seat. For this, they are required to pay the University fee and then download the allotment memo. Such students should report to the allotted colleges on or before 20th June with all the required documents including qualification certificates, category/ community certificates and allotment memo.

There are basically two types of admissions – permanent and temporary. The students who do not wish to participate further in the allotment process and are satisfied with their current allotted seat should delete other higher options and confirm their allotted seat by taking permanent admission. Those who wish to participate in the next allotment round, but also want to retain the allotted seat, can take the temporary admissions. On reporting to the allotted college, the students should collect the confirmation slip from the college authorities.

As MG University second allotment has been published and the last date for reporting to the allotted colleges is 20th June, the students will have two days – 21st & 22nd June to either rearrange or delete their options. The detailed instructions can be checked from the official website of MG University.
