Sports Time India, a Sports Start-Up Organized the Cricketime Cup 2015- a First of Its Kind Cricket Tournament in India

NewZNew (Chandigarh) : Sports Time India, a young sports startup organized a first of its kind cricket tournament in Delhi. Based on the T20 format, the Cricketime Cup 2015 has its vision etched in the unique brand ethos of providing a platform to connect and socialize with cricket enthusiasts. The spectacle kick started with its net sessions in the month of October and the tournament from the first week of November. With the final match between the two finalists Team KHD and Team Sub Col Yankees, Team KHD became the winner of the first ever Cricketime Cup 2015.

Sports Time India envisions to become the leading organization to promote sports in the country. Cricket being the most famous and most followed sport in the country is on the menu for starters. The idea is to not only encourage people to follow their passion but also to promote fitness and healthy living and decrease the stress level of people. The main motive is to drive people from boring Sundays to a fun and competitive environment and in parallel to encourage sports activities among people.

Sh. Ashok Aggarwal, DGM, Canara Bank (Haryana Circle) was the honorable Chief Guest for the event. Talking about the event he said, ‘It is a great initiative to bring alive the passion of the people and I am glad to be a part of this cause’.
