108 Ambulance Service Conducts R&R Program at Civil Hospital Mohali: The 108 Ambulance Service reaffirmed its dedication to excellence in emergency medical services by organizing a Recognition and Reward (R&R) Program at Civil Hospital, Mohali. This initiative celebrated the exceptional contributions of the ambulance crew while fostering teamwork and professional growth.
The event was graced by the presence of Civil Surgeon Dr. Vandana Chitkara, ACS Dr. Renu Singh, and DMC Dr. Parminderpal Kaur, who acknowledged the critical role played by the ambulance teams in saving lives and ensuring timely medical care.
Pardeep Kumar and Ankit Shakya were honored as Best EMTs for their outstanding patient care and quick decision-making during emergencies. Varinder Singh was named Best Pilot for his exceptional driving skills and commitment to timely and safe patient transportation. The awardees received certificates, Life Saver Badges, and cash prizes as tokens of appreciation for their unwavering commitment.
The program was led by Cluster Leader Jaswinder Singh and coordinated by Operations Manager Pankaj Sharma. With the active participation of over 15 crew members, the event underscored the importance of teamwork, motivation, and continuous improvement.
