• After that choose the address documents from the drop-down menu that you want to submit
• Now upload your correct address documents in a given format size of less than 2 MB; file format JPEG, PNG or PDF
• At last click on submit your consent.

1. Visit the Website
   • Go to the official Aadhaar website: UIDAI.
2. Open the Homepage
   • The main page of the website will appear on your screen.
3. Download the Form
   • Find and download the Aadhaar enrolment form.
   • Print out the form.
4. Fill Out the Form
   • Complete the form with all the necessary details.
5. Visit the Aadhaar Centre
   • Go to your nearest Aadhaar Enrolment Centre or Aadhaar Sewa Kendra.
   • Submit your filled application form to the officials there.
6. Provide Biometric Information
   • Give your biometric information (fingerprints and iris scan).
   • Officials will take a live photograph of you.
7. Receive Acknowledgment
