NewZNew (Muktsar) : Aryans Group of Colleges, Chandigarh organized “Maa Bhagwati Jagran” at Muktisar Guest House, Sri Muktsar Sahib and prayed for the longevity and good health of the founders and beloved parents (Prof. Roshan Lal Kataria (D.C.) and Mrs. Rajni Kataria) of Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group and for the growth and expansion of the Group.
Over 1500 people including Politicians, Social workers, religious, academicians participated in Jagran.
Prominent among congress leaders were Bhai Harnirpal Singh Kuku (Ex-MLA), Gurdass Girdhar (Ex congress District President), Bitta MC, Shammi Teriya.
Among BJP leaders were Satpal Patheja, Ravinder Kataria, Rajesh Pathela and Vikrant Girdhar.
Among Akali Dal members were Harpal Singh Bedi (Nagar Council, President), Jita Singh (MC) and Sanjeev Dhuriya(MC) etc.
Among renowned academicians present on the occasion were Jaspal Monga (Deputy DEO), Rajeev chabbra (Principal), Mr. Bawa(Vice Principal, Bhullar),Sunil Jagga(DEO office),Chanchal Kataria (State Awardee) and Karamjit singh.
Many renowned doctors of the city including Dr. Jagdish Sachdeva, Dr. Naresh Pruthi, Dr.Rajinder (Child Specialist), Dr. Vijay Sukhija also attended the program.
Born and brought up of Muktsar, Prof Roshan Lal Kataria (D.C.) is founder of Aryans Group of Colleges. He did his MA (Economics) from Dehradun. He started his career as an Economics lecturer in Government College, Muktsar and Zira. Later he worked in Chandigarh for more than 10 years for spreading awareness regarding UGC/NET examination.
Mrs Rajni Kataria (Treasurer, Aryans Group) wife of Prof Roshan Lal Kataria is also from teaching background. She is an Ex teacher of Sarvhitkari and Gaushala School, Muktsar.
Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group is a well known name in academic circles in North India. Born on 1st January 1976 in Muktsar, he did his PG and Doctorate from University Business School (UBS).Under his leadership Aryans Group has achieved many milestones in education & placement industry.
Dr. (Mrs) Parveen Kataria, wife of Dr. Anshu Kataria and Director General, Aryans Group is also a gold medalist and doctorate from UBS, Punjab University, Chandigarh. She perfectly manages the working of the various colleges being run under the Group and is the other helping hand behind the success of Aryans Group.
