newznew (Chandigarh) : A blood donation camp was organised at Guru Gobind Singh College for Women, Sector- 26, Chandigarh by the NSS wing of the College in collaboration with the Red Ribbon Club, EHSAAS and Rotaract Club of Life Turners on 10th March, 2017.
Col. (Retd.) Jasmer Singh Bala, along with the College principal Dr. Charanjeet Kaur Sohi inaugurated the event.
Doctors from Government Medical College and Hospital, Sector-32 along with an enthusiastic bunch of volunteers conducted the camp with great zeal. There was a turnout of 200 donors. A total of 100 units were collected.
The event concluded with words of inspiration by the Principal to the donors and expressed her pleasure at the success of the event.
