The results of class 12 compartment results have been declared by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) at the official website cbse.nic.in. The students who had appeared for the class 12 compartment exams in July can visit cbse.nic.in or cbseresults.nic.in and check their class 12 compartment paper result. The exams were held on July 17 for the students who had failed few papers in the class 12 main exams. The date sheet for the class 12 compartment exams had mentioned that the result would be declared in the second week of August 2017.

“The result of the examination is likely to be declared in the second week of August 2017.This is only a Probable date for declaration of result. No enquiries about the actual date of declaration of result will be attended to,” the Class 12 compartment exam date sheet read.

To check your results, you will need your roll number, school code, and centre number.

HOW TO CHECK CBSE CLASS 12 COMPARTMENT RESULT 2017

Step 1: Visit cbse.nic.in or cbseresults.nic.in to check your result.

Step 2: For cbse.nic.in, click on the ‘Result‘ tab and to check results on cbseresults.nic.in, click on ‘CBSE Class 12 Senior School Certificate (Compartment) Examination, 2017 results‘ link.

Step 3: Entre your class 12 compartment exam roll number, school code, and centre number.

Step 4: Submit it.

Step 5: Your result will be displayed.

Step 6: Take a print out for future reference.

The compartment exams were conducted for the students who had failed in class 12 board exams. Practical examinations were also held for the students who had failed the practical exams, which held within three days after the theory examinations got over. After the examination results, the CBSE had also formed two committees to look into the matter of discrepancies in the evaluation process, which the students had alleged.

“The board has taken a prompt decision to set up two committees comprising senior officers to look into the problems related to the evaluation processes being followed,” a CBSE official told PTI.
