NewZNew (Chandigarh) : General House meeting of Property Consultants Association (Regd), Chandigarh held on 23.9.2015 at Hotel Sunbearm Premium hotel , Chandigarh. More than 200 members of the association attended the meeting. Sh. Maninder Singh Bains, IAS Honourable Chairman of Chandigarh Housing board was Chief Guest.
At this occasion Sh. Raj Kumar Pal, President of association welcomed the chief guest. Sh. Madan Lal Garg, chairman of the association in his brief address highlighted the decisions made by the present chairman of the CHB. The decisions are Multiple transfer, delinking of violations, removal of locking period, removal of two sureties clause, transfer in the name of heirs, Tatkal service and clearing of pending cases in a time bound period.
He further told the house that the charman is very sympathetic and considerate to the demands of the Association. He also demanded from the Chairman CHB (1) possession to the GPA holder (2) Removal of interview & C.D. in Sector 51 free hold flats and (3) reduction in transfer fees.
The meeting ended in a very congenial atmosphere.
