Grand Inauguration of Branding and Selfie Point by Inner Wheel Club Chandigarh City Beautiful: Inner Wheel Club Chandigarh City Beautiful organised the grand inauguration of a Branding and Selfie Point near Manav Mangal Smart School, Phase 10, Mohali.

This event emerged as an inspiring initiative reflecting the club’s commitment to social awareness and creative expression. The chief guest of the program was  Usha Sharma, ZCC and Narpinder Singh Rangi, Municipal Councillor from Ward No. 16 who inaugurated the site and appreciated the efforts of the club.

Club President Sarbani Dutta shared that this selfie point was once a barren and neglected piece of land, which the Inner Wheel team transformed into a vibrant and meaningful space through hard work and dedication.

She stated, “Our intention was not merely to create a beautiful corner, but to develop a symbolic space that raises environmental awareness. The theme includes planting trees, building birdhouses, and promoting responsible waste disposal, especially plastics. This place stands as a symbol of our collective commitment to clean air and biodiversity.”

All members of the club participated in the event with great enthusiasm and took a pledge to spread the message of this new initiative far and wide. Present on the occasion were President Sarbani Dutta, Vice President Virender Kaur; Secretary Kulwinder Kaur; Treasurer Monika Gupta; ISO Suman Gupta; Editor Nisha, and Joint Secretary Shivali Arora, and Sub Committee member Veena Bansal, Renu Mehendiratta, Sangeeta Bansal, Sukhpreet Kaur, Satinder Kaur.

The ceremony concluded with the presenting  of small token  to the guests and heartfelt thanks extended to all supporters.
