~Renowned 3 star Michelin Star restaurant, L’Arpège to now serve Grover Zampa’s signature wines~
NewZNew (Bengaluru) : One of the most venerable institutions in Paris, L’Arpège will now be serving two of the most delectable offerings by Grover Zampa Vineyards, making it the first time for an Indian wine to be served at the 3 Michelin star restaurant. Grover Zampa’s Sauvignon Blanc and La Reserve Red which are Decanter Asia 2014 wine winners will now become a new addition to the restaurant’s menu and will be served by the glass.
Voted as the 25th best restaurant in the world in The San Pellegrino World’s 50 Best Restaurants in 2014, L’Arpège earned its 3rd Michelin star in 1996, and has maintained it ever since then. Known for staying true to traditional French cuisine, L’Arpège dedicates itself to the most unexpected union of flavors, offering a palette of flavors renewing itself through the course of the seasons. The association with Grover Zampa marks a new era for Indian wines, an unprecedented leap positioning Grover Zampa as a front-runner in the Indian market.
