Scores highest in Customer Experience, Business Capabilities and Integration & Security

NewZnew (Chandigarh) : Infosys Finacle, part of EdgeVerve Systems, a product subsidiary of Infosys (NYSE: INFY), today announced that it has been named a leader by Forrester Research, Inc. in ‘The Forrester Wave™: Mobile Banking Solutions, Q4 2015’ report. The Finacle Mobile Banking solution was recognized as a leader amongst five top mobile banking platforms. These were evaluated against a comprehensive set of 35 criteria, focusing on strategy, current offerings, and market presence.

Highlights:

• In the survey, a growing number of decision-makers named mobile banking as one of the initial focal areas of transformation for their application landscapes
• Infosys Finacle received the highest score among all vendors for Business Capabilities and Mobile Touchpoints
• Infosys Finacle also shared the highest scores in Customer Experience, Integration and Security with one other vendor
• With a score of 3.1, Infosys Finacle is also the top scorer for ‘Service, Support and Delivery’ criterion
• Infosys is among the only two vendors in the Leaders position
