Exterior:

The compact open top four-seater impresses at first glance with its flowing lines. The distinctive, coupé like design with dynamic proportions & extended rear section accentuates the vehicle’s sporty character.

The Audi A3 Cabriolet is 4421 mm in length. The shoulder line along with the aluminium finish for the doors and windscreen frame adds to the vehicle’s athletic and dynamic character. The diamond-design Audi Singleframe grille, in high-gloss anthracite with frame in matt aluminium adds to the distinctive stance of the car. The integrated rear bumper spoiler imparts a sharp and sporty rear look. The tail lamps are of a split narrow design to add on to the sporty and wide appearance. The aggressive looking S line package is standard on the Audi A3 Cabriolet to enhance the dynamic character.

The Audi A3 Cabriolet is available with a lightweight soft-top. The high quality fabric hood in a “K Design”, controlled through a central button opens and closes in less than 18 seconds, up to a speed of 50 kmph. An active rollover protection system protects the occupants in the case of a rollover.

The extended rear overhang plays a key role in the harmonious proportions of the two-door car. The bi-xenon headlights with LED daytime running lights give the face of the car a resolute look. The air intakes and bumper further emphasize the width of the Audi A3 Cabriolet.

The Audi A3 Cabriolet offers 14 exterior color options. Alternatively, customers also have the choice of an infinite number of exterior colors from Audi Exclusive.

Interior:

The interior of the open top four-seater features a light and clean design. The Audi A3 Cabriolet offers occupants in the front and rear ample space even for longer journeys. Horizontal design lines such as the wrap-around curve add to the sense of width in the interior. The instrument panel is lean, and the centre console is angled towards the driver. The three-dimensional trim strips, large round air vents and elegant control panel for the climate control system give a full-size class feel to the interior. It has a luggage capacity of 320 litres. The interior colors are adapted to the equipment lines offering more than six Audi exclusive upholstery shades. Milano leather upholstery is standard on the Audi A3 Cabriolet.

Infotainment:

A whole modular system of infotainment components is available in the New Audi A3 Cabriolet. At the very top are the optional Bang & Olufsen Sound System and MMI Navigation plus with retractable seven-inch MMI monitor. The user terminal has a rotary/push button control and MMI Touch® which together form the touch-wheel, the top of which is a touch sensitive pad for inputting letters and numbers. Dual Zone Deluxe Auto Air Conditioning with sun position sensor, new TT inspired Jet turbine design air vents with spot/diffuse function and Light & Rain sensor are some of the other highlights.

Engine:

The Audi A3 Cabriolet rolls off the assembly line with a powerful and efficient 1.8 litre petrol engine with direct injection and turbocharging and output of 132 kW (180 hp) which can produce 250Nm of torque. The 40TFSI mated with a seven-speed S tronic® dual-clutch transmission changes gears almost instantly resulting in uninterrupted power delivery with improved efficiency. The sprint from 0 to 100 km/h takes 7.8 seconds with a top speed of 242 km/h.
