Poster for new session admissions at Government Polytechnic College Badbar released by MP Meet Hayer: Member of Parliament Sangrur S. Gurmeet Singh Meet Hayer released a poster regarding the admissions for 2025-26 of Sant Baba Atar Singh Government Polytechnic College, Badbar.
He said that boys and girls can make their future by getting technical education under various scholarship schemes in the five diploma courses running at this college of the Punjab Government.
On this occasion, Principal Mr. Sandeep Kumar said that online registration has started by the Punjab State Technical Education Board Chandigarh. Students interested in taking admission can apply for online registration on this website www.punjabteched.com and www. punjabteched. net.
He said that for the information of the parents, a guidance cell has been set up under the supervision of Mr. Lovepreet Singh and Mr. Harcharan Singh, admission in-charge, in which complete information regarding the courses and fees running at the college is being given. He said that 10th pass students can register for admission in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering and Electronic Communication Engineering (ECE) courses at the college. At the college, students from minority categories can take advantage of all the schemes of the Central/Punjab Government such as Post Matric Scholarship Scheme, SC/OBC.. National Scholarship. Under the Chief Minister’s Scholarship Scheme being run by the Punjab Government, tuition fees of all categories of students are being waived according to their 10th/12th marks, the benefit of which is given only in government polytechnic colleges.
Principal Sandeep Kumar thanked the Honorable Member of Parliament Mr. Gurmeet Singh Meet Hair for releasing the poster and also thanked him for the Punjab Government for issuing grants for the new building of the college and for the machinery and equipment for the students to conduct practicals.
He said that the students who are interested in taking admission can also register by reaching the hall and get complete information about the courses. On this occasion, Halqa Incharge Harinder Singh Dhaliwal, college staff and other dignitaries were present.
