Students were thrilled to see the various innovative, eco-friendly models and projects, displayed there. They came back brimming with their own ideas and inventions, taking inspiration from the models such as Biosphere – showing the interdependence between plants & animals ; generating electricity from congress grass; mechanical generators, green building – based on 3 concepts: pizzo concepts, solar panel and carbonated sheet; recycling of plastic to make roads and tiles; Nano technology to remove oil spill from seas; eco friendly fridge etc. Children also thoroughly enjoyed the mathematical concepts such as Pie-Chart, Properties of Triangle, Tangram which were explained in a very simple but effective manner.

NewZNew (Chandigarh – Kulbir Singh Kalsi) : More than 200 students of St. Joseph’s Sr. Sec. School, Sector 44-D, Chandigarh visited Science Exhibition organised by at State Council of Educational Research and Training, Sector 32 Chandigarh.
The main purpose of the visit was to inculcate reasoning spirit and enhance the student’s knowledge.
