TVS Motor Company accelerates the expansion plans for “TVS iQube Electric”; launches in 22 cities including Chandigar: TVS Motor Company, a reputed manufacturer of two-wheelers and three-wheelers globally, today announced the launch of the TVS iQube Electric scooter in Chandigarh.
As part of the company’s expansion plans, the scooter was launched in 22 new cities, including Chandigarh, on the same day. TVS iQube Electric is a green and connected, fun to ride urban scooter powered by an advanced electric drivetrain and next-gen TVS SmartXonnect platform.

TVS iQube Electric is equipped with a 4.4 kW electric motor to deliver high power and efficiency with no transmission loss. The scooter has a max speed of 78 kmph and traverses 75 kms with a full charge. The scooter comes with an impressive acceleration of 0 to 40 kmph in 4.2 seconds.

TVS iQube Electric is equipped with proprietory next-gen TVS SmartXonnect platform, advanced TFT cluster and TVS iQube app. This app offers multiple features such as Geo-fencing, remote battery charge status, navigation assist, last park location, and incoming call alerts/SMS alerts.

TVS iQube Electric can be booked through the website with a booking amount of INR 5,000. This will be followed by an end-to-end transparent digital purchase experience and dedicated customer relationship assistance for purchase and support. The customer can also avail of attractive finance schemes offered by TVS Credit. TVS has also initiated completely contactless delivery of vehicles to customers keeping their safety and convenience in view.
TVS iQube Electric Charging ecosystem support
TVS Motor Company is committed to providing customers with comprehensive charging support, ranging across multiple charging options. Customers can avail of the recommended choice of SmartXHome, which offers a dedicated home charging solution with BlueTooth connectivity, live charging status and RFID enabled security. At present, charging units for the scooter will be installed at one location in Chandigarh. Further, the company is developing an expansive public charging ecosystem by expanding network strength across the city.
TVS iQube Electric will be available in select dealerships across Chandigarh from today, at an on-road price of Rs. 1,16,621 (post FAME II subsidy). This is an estimated ORP, and the final price may vary depending upon the charges by respective state authorities.
