Umair Lateef was born on May 25, 1998, in the Khanyar region of Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir. Raised by his grandparents, he completed his schooling in Srinagar while his parents lived in Tamil Nadu, where his father runs a handicrafts shop in Mamallapuram, selling Kashmiri silk and souvenirs.
His childhood was rooted in traditional Kashmiri culture, yet he always had his sights on broader horizons.
Education – From Srinagar to Chennai
In 2018, Umair moved to Chennai to pursue higher education at Hindustan University, where he earned his graduation degree. During this time, he developed a deep interest in modeling, acting, and content creation.
