The IMD has issued an alert that Indian states will witness severe thunderstorms and hail over the next 24 hours.

Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, Punjab , East Rajasthan, coastal AP, Telangana, interior Tamil Nadu, UP and Odisha and Karala will see thunderstorm and gusty winds. A  dust storm in northern and western India claimed over 80 lives.
