In a shocking incident, a girl has been raped by a cop in Ramdia PS in Assam’s Hajo. Accused Binod Kumar Das was arrested following an FIR by the victim.
Confirming about the incident, the Hajo police said the investigation is underway and medical tests of the victim are yet to be done. Former CM of Assam Tarun Gogoi called for rigorous punishment for the accused.
