As per report, Amazon has made a formal offer to acquire about 60% stake in its biggest rival, Flipkart.

Amazon and Walmart are seem to be in a tussle to take over the India’s largest eCommerce firm. However, Flipkart has shown more affinity towards Walmart’s offer and is likely to give its nod to the $12 bn deal. Amazon is understood to have offered a similar offer.
