NewZNew (Chandigarh) : Punjab Vidhan Sabha Speaker Dr. Charanjit Singh Atwal congratulated Mr. Ram Nath Kovind on the appointment of new Governor of Bihar.

Disclosing this here today a spokesman of the Punjab Vidhan said that Mr. Ram Nath Kovind had been performed the services as member rajya sabha. Mr. Kovind has also served as patron of forum of S.C. and S.T Legislators and Parliamentarian. He has also served as the member of national executive committee of forum.
