The Delhi HC today rejected a plea by CBSE issuing a notification stating an upper age limit of 25 & 30 years for general and reserved categories respectively for NEET-UG.

The HC bench termed the clause by CBSE as unconstitutional. The court also stated that students from open schools or those who have taken private education can appear for the test.
