NewZNew (Chandigarh) : Haryana Chief Minister Mr Manohar Lal today announced that the State Government has decided to celebrate December 25, 2014, the birthday of former Prime Minister Mr Atal Bihari Vajpayee as ‘Good Governance Day‘. He said that on this day, the State Government would either inaugurate any completed project or launch any new project.

The Chief Minister announced this while presiding over a conference of Deputy Commissioners and Superintendents of Police here today. He also directed the concerned officers to carry out Swachata Abhiyan throughout the State on December 25. While describing North-East as an integral part of our country, he announced that a tour of school and university students of the State would be arranged to North-East States so to maintain a cordial relationship between the States.
