NewZNew (Chandigarh) : Punjab Chief Minister Mr. Parkash Singh Badal today wished a happy, peaceful and prosperous New Year-2015 to Punjabis living within and across the globe.
In a message, the Chief Minister felicitated the people of the state on the dawn of New Year and called upon them to work zealously to ensure overall development of the state and prosperity of its people. Mr. Badal said that now the time has come for the state to usher in an era of overall progress and growth. “Let us make a firm resolve to emerge Punjab as a frontrunner state in the country through inclusive growth so that the fruits of development must percolate at the grass root level especially to ameliorate the lot of poorest of poor” added Mr. Badal.
Punjab Deputy Chief Minister Mr. Sukhbir Singh Badal today greeted the people of Punjab on the eve of New Year Day. In a message on this occasion, Mr. Badal wished the Punjabis living all over India and abroad a very happy and prosperous New Year–2015. He said that might the Almighty shower his blessings on them and their families and bestows on all of us the strength and determination to fulfill our dreams and realize our goals for the welfare of the mankind.
The Deputy Chief Minister solicited the cooperation and support from the people of Punjab to comprehend the vision of modern, progressive Punjab in which all the Punjabis could lead a life of dignity and self-respect. He hoped that Punjab would soon emerge as a front-runner state in the country with the concerted, dedicated and sincere efforts of all of us.
