ALL 54 COMPLAINTS RECEIVED IN LAST SANGAT DARSHAN RESOLVED
OFFICERS SHOULD TIMELY REDRESS THE COMPLAINTS RECEIVED, DC
NewZNew (Bathinda) : The Deputy Commissioner Bathinda Dr. Basant Garg today conducted a sangat darshan to listen to the problems of common man. Speaking at the event Dr Garg said that in a democratic set up, sangat darshan was the best way of redressing problems of people and solving them expeditiously. He added that the 54 applications received during last sangat darshan have all been resolved. Encouraging the officers and employees present he said that the complaints received today too should be redressed.
Till 11:15 am, the deputy commissioner listened problems at the DC meeting hall and thereafter at his office. During the today’s sangat darshan, problems related to domestic feud, differences over ownership of land, discrepancies in voters’ lists and other applications were received. DC Dr Garg directed the officers to resolve all the complaints timely and upto the satisfaction of complainant.
Prominent among others present at the sangat darshan included ADC (general) Mr Sumit Jarangal, ADC (development) Mrs Sonali Giri, SP (H) Mr Jasvir Singh, SDM Bathinda Mr Damanjit Singh Mann, SDM Talwandi Sabo Mr Vinay Kumar, assistant commissioner (general) Mr Narinder Dhaliwal, assistant commissioner (grievances) Miss Charu Mita and officers from other departments.
