NewZNew (New Delhi – Kulbir Singh Kalsi) : The Amazon India Couture Week 2015 in association with Sunar, is showcasing India’s finest design talents through 11 stunning shows. The five-day fashion event has been on from July 29- August 02, 2015, at the Taj Palace Hotel, New Delhi.

The Rimple and Harpreet Narula label is an interesting meeting ground of couture, craft and heritage.
Their signature style represents an interesting paradox of rural craft and exalted design — highly distressed surface treatments are juxtaposed with fine hand embroideries and the silhouettes enhanced with a contemporary spin!
As per the designers, “Inspired by the Royalties of the RAJ ERA (From 1870-1950) and The early interactions with western luxury design houses, getting inspiration from the Maharaja of Patiala and the royal family of Kapurthala hence it made perfect sense to have Turbaned model Karan Singh Chhabra walk for us to fully capture the essence of our collection.”
Bollywood Actress Shilpa Shetty was the showstopper of the show.
