Fortis Mohali gets Advanced Physiotherapy Department: The New Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation department at Fortis hospital, Mohali was inaugurated today by Chief Guest Mr. Vishal Malhotra, who had been availing services of the department, along with Mr. Ashish Bhatia (COO rest of India) and Mr. Abhijit Singh, Zonal Director, Fortis Hospital Mohali with his Team.
The state of art new Physiotherapy department at Fortis Hospital, Mohali aims to deliver specialized services and rehabilitation programs for patients of all age groups with acute and chronic ailments. The department will also be offering post-COVID rehab services.
The highly experienced team of Physiotherapists caters services to patients with neurological impairments, musculoskeletal disorders, sports injuries, pediatrics, obstetrics, and gynecological disorders, cardiopulmonary disorders requiring physical therapy rehabilitation, etc.
This experienced team is led by Dr. GK Balaji, who has various international certifications attached to his name. To name a few, they are visceral manipulation, aquatic therapy, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, neurodevelopmental therapy, brain gym, craniosacral therapy.
