From Mexico City to Udaipur: FO+MA Takes Over Raffles Udaipur: Raffles Udaipur is set to welcome FO+MA, one of Mexico City’s distinctive contemporary cocktail destinations, for an exclusive one-night international bar takeover on 26 September 2026.

The evening will see David Rocha, Co-Founder of FO+MA, take over Long Bar at Raffles Udaipur, bringing his inventive approach to cocktail craft, modern techniques and refined hospitality to the private island sanctuary.

The one-night experience will offer guests a curated selection of cocktails inspired by FO+MA’s philosophy, interpreted through David Rocha’s craft and perspective. Bringing together Mexican influences and contemporary techniques, the takeover will offer Udaipur guests the opportunity to experience a taste of Mexico City’s celebrated cocktail culture within the city.

Known for its progressive approach to contemporary cocktails, FO+MA has established itself as a distinctive presence in Mexico City’s evolving bar landscape. Its focus on precision, modern techniques and hospitality has earned the bar recognition among North America’s 50 Best Bars 2026.

David Rocha brings further international pedigree to the guest shift. Before co-founding FO+MA, Rocha was associated with Handshake Speakeasy in Mexico City, ranked No. 1 in The World’s 50 Best Bars 2024. His experience across two highly regarded names in Mexico’s cocktail scene adds further depth to the evening.
