Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education SSC result 2018 will declare today by afternoon at the official website- gbshse.gov.in. According to media reports, the board is following the last year’s schedule of result declaration. In 2017, the class 10 SSC result was declared on May 25. The Goa board has also activated a countdown on its website till the date and time of class 10th SSC result 2018 declaration. Students should keep their seat number in hand while keeping a tab on the official website.
The board has declared the Secondary and Higher Secondary Education result on April 28, 2018. The overall pass percentage stood at 84.6 per cent. A total number of 15,527 students passed the GBSHSE class 12 examination this year and as many as 2,827 students failed.
Steps to check GBSHSE SSC Result 2018:
1. Visit the Goa Board’s official website- gbshse.gov.in.
2. Click on the link ‘HSSC March 2018 Result’ on the home page.
3. Enter your roll number and details required.
4. Download your result and take a copy of it for future purpose.
The overall revised pass percentage for this year’s Class 12th examination is still less as compared to the overall pass percentage the previous year standing at 89 per cent. Last year, the GBSHSE Result 2018 was also announced in April and nearly forty thousand students appeared for the exam. This year, the turnout for students sitting in the examination was much less in comparison to previous years, that is 18,499.It must be noted that students as well as parents cannot directly collect the passing certificate cum statement of Grade/Marks directly from the board’s office. The higher secondary schools at Bardez, Tiswadi, Pernem, Bicholim, Sattari, Ponda and Dharbandoda can collect the certificates from Board’s office at Porvorim, Bardez. For others, that is, private students, the pass certificates will be available at Loyala Higher Secondary School, Margao Salcete Goa.
