NewZNew (Chandigarh) : Conceptualized by Anandita Gupta, the CEO & Founder Director of IndieIcons Media & www.indieicons.com, Little Icons is North’s biggest kids fashion show; which caters to kids in the age group of 3.5-15 years.
It includes all-rounded grooming, styling & exposure to each participant kid in personal grooming, interpersonal skills, fitness & healthy eating, handling the stage, cameras & media! Each auditioned & selected participant will be groomed & trained in ramp walking, besides being offered personal fashion portfolio photo shoots by the best fashion photographers in the region.
All in all, it’s going to be a grand event, with fashion, beauty, catwalk, celebrities, babyish models and loads of fun!
Little Icons is a platform to rejoice the finest of fashion, style and artistic talent among kids from Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Ludhiana, Jallandhar & even Delhi,” smiles organizer Anandita Gupta, who got this idea while watching a dance reality show for kids.
“There’s so much happening in the glamour world for youngsters but no one ever thought about kids fashion in our region. And kids these days are so talented & savvy; and even parents are very supportive and keen on fulfilling their kids’ passion. So these kids just need a platform; where they are groomed and given the right exposure,” explained Anandita.
In fact, the response to this kids fashion show has been so good that IndieIcons Media is soon coming up with a fashion grooming & styling institute for Kids and an exclusive kids models website, besides hosting a series of fashion shows in Jallandhar, Amritsar and Ludhiana soon.
“We are in the process of tying up with country’s leading experts in the fields of kids grooming, fitness, healthy diets, styling, interpersonal skills, fashion photography, fashion choreographers, designers and brands to give our kids the best exposure to enter the glamour world at the right age!!” explained Navneet Gupta, Anandita’s husband & Director of IndieIcons Media Pvt Ltd.

Little Icons is also a foremost initiative to give North India’s highly potential fashion fraternity for kids a platform to showcase their talent and make a mark in the international fashion industry.
It’s also a platform, where brands & designers get an opportunity to showcase their products and reach the untapped audience (kids, their parents, media and glamour industry pros who will be a part of our fashion show grand finale audience) by displaying Apparels, Shoes, Toys, Accessories, Sports gear, Kids Health Supplements, electronics & a lot more.

Auditions
“We have already screened around 40 kids from our previous auditions held on 12th July & will be selecting more kids from our next two rounds of Auditions on 19th July and 26th July, 2015. Our Audition forms are available at Fun Factory, SCO 34-37, above Cleopatra Spa & Salon, Sector 9-D, Chandigarh and Indusind Bank, SCO-53-54, Sector 8-C, Madhya Marg, Chandigarh. Each form needs to be filled and deposited at any of these places with an auditions fee of Rs 500,” informs Vasudha Jain, from team Little Icons.
Auditions on July 19th, 2015
Kids will be auditioned through a small ramp walk followed by their introducing themselves to the judges, who’ll be top-notch Industry experts from fields like Theatre, Fashion Retail, Fitness, Dance, Make-up & Glamour.
