Maharashtra Board 12th Result 2025: The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) announced the Maharashtra 12th Result 2025.

On the official website, mahahsscboard.in, students will be able to view their Maharashtra HSC Result. In the HSC Maharashtra result 2025, regular female students across Maharashtra have a pass percentage of 94.58%, while their male students have recorded a pass percentage of 89.51%.

In this year’s Maharashtra HSC exam, over 15 lakh students registered, including 8,10,348 boys, 6,94,652 girls, and 37 transgender children.

Stream-wise Pass Percentage 

Science stream has performed the best among all the streams with over 97% students qualifying the exam. Check the stream wise pass percentage below.

Arts – 80.53%

Commerce- 92.68%

Vocational- 83.3%

Over 1900 Junior Colleges get 100 per cent result 

A total of 1929 junior colleges in Maharashtra have got 100 percent results. Out of these, 4,562 colleges got 90 to 99.99 percent results.

English (01): 1,478,353 appeared

Marathi (02): 807,473 appeared

Physics (54): 759,102 appeared

Chemistry (55): 758,598 appeared

Mathematics & Statistics (40): 615,141 appeared

Biology (56): 584,307 appeared

Economics (49): 580,316 appeared

Repeater/Private Candidates:

• Total Appeared: 77,710 repeater/private candidates appeared out of 78,510 registered.
• Overall Pass Percentage: The pass percentage for repeater/private candidates is significantly lower at 58.82%.
• Total Passed: 45,715 students in this category passed the examination.
• Highest Performing Division: Konkan division also led for repeater/private candidates with a pass percentage of 76.16%.
• Lowest Performing Division: C. Sambhajinagar had the lowest pass rate at 40.04%.

The overall pass percentage for the Maharashtra HSC result 2025 has dropped this year as compared to the last year.
