Come enjoy great food, awesome entertainment and a warming sun, at Palate Fest Chandigarh. After 5 successful editions in the Capital, one in Goa, and two in Chandigarh, Palate Fest is again in Chandigarh with its 3rd edition.

Scheduled from October 13 till October 15, with a plethora of environment friendly entertainment, The Palate Fest will take over the picturesque Lake Sports Complex, Sukhna Lake, Sector 01, Chandigarh, run through an extravagant carnival of gourmet cuisine, filling the surroundings with appetizing aromas.

During this 3-day event there will be nearly 25 food outlets, through a combination of well established Restaurants and Delis along with market stalls, where home-made desserts, snacks and unique food offerings would delight the foodie in you.

A brainchild of Ruchi Sibal and Aditi Kapoor, two food connoisseurs with an entrepreneurial spirit, the Palate Fest has something to suit everyone’s palate. “Palate Fest provides all the associated culinary brands a common platform for interaction, understanding, business generation and exchange of ideas. It is also an opportunity for city residents to treat themselves to a culinary experience rich & expansive in food & mood,” says Ruchi Sibal, Director, Palate Fest Pvt. Ltd, explaining what Palate Fest offers to its partners and to the guests.

Talking enthusiastically Aditi Kapoor, Director, Palate Fest Pvt. Ltd says, “Chandigarh is full of lovely people who are known for appreciating ‘all things good’ especially when it comes to food. An amalgamation of epicurean taste, wonderful weather, mesmerizing surroundings made Chandigarh a natural destination for Palate Fest. Speaking at the press conference, Ms. Navjot Kaur, CGM, CITCO said, “We are delighted to partner Palate Fest in Chandigarh yet again; a park picnic as I would like to call it. With Palate, we hope to bring in the desired elements of food, music and leisure, all put together, which are close to the hearts of the people of Chandigarh. Also, with the food tourism growing in importance, we see the festival as an important element in promoting the food culture in the city.”

Chandigarh Palate Fest will see the best brands from food & hospitality sector from across India, converging at Sports Complex, Sukhna Lake to give culinary enthusiasts the chance to indulge in a variety of delectable offerings and get an insight into the latest fine dining trends. The likes of Fat Lulus, House of Tigers, Wokman, Giani, Uncle Jack’s, Karim’s, Swagath, Chaayos, Mrs. Wong, IHOP, Zorra, Keventers, Devender Chutney, SardarBuksh Coffee, House of Candy, Handi, Milkshake & Co., Wholefoods, Casa Bella Vista, Hyatt, Hotel Mountview, Taj will ensure that there is something for everyone.

An interesting line-up of entertainment has been planned for the festival, which includes live music acts through the evening. Famous Artists namely Aayush on Acoustics (String and Wood), Fazal, Madira,  Ragaan, Riaaz, Yellow Cab, Sutra will be performing during the three day festival.

Along with CITCO who are the partners, the weekend-long celebration of food has been sponsored and supported by Lloyd, Municipal Council of Chandigarh, Furtado, Hindustan Times, The Taj and Mountview, Fartelli Vineyards, Kidzania, My FM Radio 94.3.
