Directorate of Technical Education, Kerala will soon release the Kerala Polytechnic 2nd round seat allotment result has been released on its official portal, polyadmission.org. the candidates applied for Diploma and Polytechnic courses in the state of Kerala can check the seat allotment result today and can download the seat allotment order to report at the college/institute. For checking the allotment results, the candidates would need  their application number and date of birth. The last date for reporting/joining based on Allotment II will be on July 28, 2017.

 

The Details of the institutions and Diploma programmes are available in our websites www.polyadmission.org and www.sitttr.ac.in. It has to be noted that the third allotment list will be out on July 31, 2017. Another important date for the candidates to note that the trial allotment list will be out on July 31, 2017. The last date for reporting /joint allotment based on Allotment -111 will be on August 3, 2017 by 4 PM. The fourth allotment list will be released on August 5, 2017.

Here are steps to check Kerala Polytechnic 2nd Round Seat Allotment 2017
  • They would need to visit DTE Kerala portal, polyadmission.org
  • After which they need to log in with the user id, password.
  •  They would need to click on the Kerala Polytechnic Allotment Order 2017 Link.
  • After the link has been opened, check the details and take a printout of it.

The seats against which the Department makes allotment through the State Institute of Technical Teachers Training & Research (SITTTR). Merit seats are available in all the Government/ Govt. Aided Polytechnic Colleges. Merit seats under government quota are also available in selected self-financing programmes, with higher fees. It has to be noted that about 1.5 Lakhs applications are received for over 12500 seats in the state every year.

Polytechnic Colleges in Kerala provide diploma education through 45 Government Polytechnic Colleges, 6 Government Aided Polytechnic Colleges and 10 Self Financing Polytechnic Colleges. 20 Diploma Programmes in Engineering/Technology and Commercial Practice/Management are conducted in these Polytechnic Colleges. The other courses which are conducted include Special Diploma batches for the Hearing Impaired students are also conducted at three Polytechnics namely Kerala Govt. Polytechnic College Kozhikode, Govt. Polytechnic Colleges Kalamassery and Women’s Polytechnic College Thiruvananthapuram.
