PUC Results 2021 Declared: The Department of Pre University Education has declared the Karnataka 2nd PUC result 2021 for around 7 lakh today i.e. on 20th July 2021.

The declaration was done today evening at 4 PM in a declaration ceremony cum press meet held at Bengaluru office. The announcement of Karnataka Class 12 Results 2021 comes across as major relief for nearly 7 lakh students who were waiting for it since nearly 2 months after exams were cancelled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

On the basis of II PUC results, students will get admitted to degree and graduate-level programmes. Following the formal announcement, students can now head over to the official website i.e. karresutls.nic.in to access the II PUC Results or Karnataka Class 12 Results 2021.

2^nd PUC Result 2021 Declared – Key Statistical Highlights

Along with announcing the Karnataka II PUC Results 2021 formally, the State Education Minister S Suresh Kumar also shared some important statistics and highlights about the Class 12 Results. He said that of the total 590153 students who were registered for the exam, there were 335138 boys and the rest 331359. In addition to this, there were 76344 students who were registered to appear for exam as repeater. All the students who were registered as repeaters have been promoted by giving 35% passing marks. Keeping in mind the pandemic situation, the Board has decided to publish Karnataka 2^nd PUC Results 2021 in complete digital format. This is being done to ensure that students do not need to step outside the safe perimeter of their homes to check or access the Karnataka 12^th Class Result 2021. Previously as well the board use to declare the PUC results online,  but this time the board has increased the number of portals and websites where the result will be published. All Pass Result Expected

As per the information coming from the sources close to the board, the PUE Dept is expected to announce an all Pass result for the 2^nd PUC students today.

The result being declared today is compiled on the basis of an alternative assessment policy after the exam were cancelled due to COVID-19. The new policy is based on internal assessment and takes into account marks of the students in SSLC and PUC I/1^st year examination.

In addition to this, 10% weightage is also given to academic performance in PUC II year while 5% marks would be awarded as grace. All this is likely to translate to an all pass result or high overall pass percentage for Karnataka 2^nd PUC Result 2021.
