NewZNew (S A S Nagar) : Quest group of Institutions held a candle light march to show compassion and concern for the victims of the Nepal earthquake. This candle light vigil demonstrated moral support for people who lost their lives in the devastating earthquake victims. Around 160 students from Engineering & MBA branches spread at different locations in Mohali in small groups to raise funds for Nepal that was hit by a devastating earthquake.
While speaking at the moment Chariman Quest Group of Institutions, D S Sakhon said that Thousands of people have lost their lives in the earthquake that hit Nepal & India. We offer our condolences to those who have lost their lives due to this natural calamity. According to him Indian government is focusing more on certain specific areas, so they have decided to help remote areas specifically where the media and the relief is yet unable to reach .
Nepal students of Quest group are happy with the response of people in the city. According to them local residents are not only donating but also praying for Nepal and for the people who are affected in earthquake.
