NewZNew (Chandigarh) : ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Oolta Chashmah’ is one of the most popular and loved family series on SAB TV. “Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah has been ruling the television for seven long years now. The love and appreciation that the show is getting is the one that encourages them to move forward and continue to enthrall its loyal viewers.
The day after the immersion of Lord Ganesha, Asit Kumar Modi producer off the show Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah and members of Gokuldham Society Madhavi Bhide played by Sonalika Joshi, Sonalika Bhide played by Nidhi Bhanushali and Mandar Chandwadkar who enacts the role of Mr. Bhide went on a cleaning drive on beaches of Mumbai the following morning. They were accompanied by children who decided to take upon themselves to clean Mumbai city.
Mandar Chandwadkar who plays the role of Mr. Bhide said, “We all should keep our environment clean as we are responsible for it equally. It’s not enough to just keep our homes clean but also our city which has been really wonderful to us all. I am really happy to do my bit and I urge all our viewers to do the same. I hope this examples goes a long way to motivate people to do the right thing.”
