While talking to media Sukhjit Kaur ,Director, Cinnamon Bowl,Punjab Group said that the main feature of this outlet will be to produce food that is fresh & safe to eat for all age group of the society .The menu is also designed accordingly with the variety of delicious recipes .It is a mixture of indo-western taste. The outlet has begun and has planned to spread all across the country. The first phase will unfurl in the Northern India with 30 units followed by Central India and then throughout the country with approximately 80 units by the year 2017.
She further told that recipe queue begins with vegetarian dishes, goes to non-vegetarian ones and includes hot and cold beverages too that are broad in terms of choices offered. Starring with munchies, pastas, burgers, sandwiches, wraps, kebabs, soups and other starters goes all the way to curries, combo mini meals and desserts. There are certain unique savories for vegetarians like the Cheesy bites, Chili garlic pops, Veg. roganjosh and Veg. handi etc. and for non-vegetarians Chicken wings, Chicken fingers, Chicken popcorns. Besides this, there would be a special recipe Cordon Bleu” for chicken lovers with the blend of spices and seasonings amazingly different .All the recipes are equally delicious that will leave a lasting impression on the minds of the consumers with reasonable rates .
