Second allotment result for Plus One admissions under Vocational Higher Secondary Education has been published today. The applicants can check VHSE second allotment 2017 from the official website vhscap.kerala.gov.in. Yesterday, the VSHCAP website had gone into maintenance and was notified to be active only after 9.30 am today. VHSE plus one allotment for second round has been just published officially.
