At least 40 houses gutted in massive fire broke out in the Kaishani village near Shimla in the wee hours of Wednesday.

The mishap took place reportedly wen the villagers were asleep. Fire tenders immediately rushed tot he spot and doused the flames. However, no causality have been reported. The police is investing to find the cause of the fire.
