NewZNew (Mumbai) : Having built the brand over the last 4 years, the BIG STAR ENTERTAINMENT AWARDS, a joint initiative between the two media power houses 92.7 BIG FM and Star Plus held its 5th edition on December 18, 2014 in Mumbai. The illustrious awards ceremony acknowledged and celebrated the biggest entertainers of the year across the fields of Bollywood, Television, Music and Sports. The night mystified the viewers with edge-of-the-seat excitement as the biggest stars came on stage to receive their awards. The stalwarts, the legends, the upcoming talent, all came together at the BIG Star Entertainment Awards to celebrate performing arts and sports.
Speaking of the 5th Edition of the BIG Star Entertainment Awards, Tarun Katial, CEO, Reliance Broadcast Network stated, “The award and our partnership with Star Plus has matured wonderfully and we are happy to once again bring together a congregation of the finest entertainers from across industries. The Awards night saw some of the biggest stars entertain the audiences with their performances. Right from Super star Salman Khan dancing to some of his chart busting hits to Arjun Kapoor doing a La ‘Chhaiyyan Chhaiyyan’ dancing on his soon to be released movie Tevar song ‘SuperMan’, Sonakshi Sinha captivated the atmosphere with her expressive eyes and dance movements on ‘Radha Naachegi’ and Sri Lankan beauty and Actor Jacqueline Fernandes did her ‘KICKing’ number ‘Jumme Ki Raat’. What a splendid night indeed!
