AAP Punjab rejects and condemns the statement of VP at PU, says no other state has any right on Punjab University

Releasing a statement, AAP Punjab chief spokesperson Malvinder Singh Kang said that PU is a symbol of Punjab’s legacy and we have emotional, historic and constitutional right over it. No Haryana College shall be granted an affiliation as no other state than Punjab has any right over PU.

Kang further said that the Vice President must uphold the dignity of his position and refrain from acting as a partisan agent of the BJP. He said that BJP keeps on attacking rights of Punjab but they should know that the Aam Aadmi Party government will always protect these rights and interest of Punjab.

Kang challenged the Punjab BJP President Sunil Jakhar to stage a protest against the BJP and the vice president on this matter now. He asked Jakhar to muster some courage and denounce this treacherous move and stand against altering the structure of PU. He said that the Punjab BJP leaders should clarify their stand on the matters related to Punjab and Panjab University. Kang added that the people of Punjab have no expectations from the BJP leaders as they all are the same and have no good intentions for Punjab.
